Meet Kimberley Mitchell
Yoga for me is both a way of life and my profession.
It is my constant companion and friend that I love sharing with my students through my teaching. As we traverse the joys and obstacles of life, a good yoga practice provides us with an inner peace, space and calmness that enables us to make the right decisions. Like an old friend, it never lets us down and is always there to support us. While correct alignment is an essential part of my classes, so that students can sustain a long term, safe yoga practice that is free from injury, my classes are also full of joy, love and humour.
I have been teaching yoga for more then 23 years and through my teaching experiences, I have learnt that guiding students in a fun, safe and healthy yoga practice that is suitable for everyone is very difficult when teaching large classes. Because of this, I have chosen to teach small and intimate group classes that are limited to six to eight students. Within these classes, I have the space and time to provide you with individual correction and adjustment to ensure optimal benefit for you both within class and between classes.
